Six complementary business lines covering the entire property lifecycle – a unique business model. BNP Paribas Real Estate is formed of six business lines covering the entire property lifecycle. With regards the CEE Region, BNP Paribas Real Estate provides services in respect of Capital Markets, Property Management, Transaction, Consulting and Valuation. Furthermore, all departments are supported by the Research Team, which provides knowledge regarding real estate markets, thus enabling BNP Paribas Real Estate clients to make the most suitable long-term business decisions.
In Hungary Capital Markets, Transaction, Consulting, Research and Valuation services are provided through our alliance partner, Robertson Hungary.
The Hungarian office was established in 1992 benefiting from long experience in local and Central and Eastern Europe property management, particularly on behalf of international clients.

Henrik Favari, CEO Hungary
Henrik has been working in the commercial property market for over 15 years. In the course of his carrier he held various managing positions at international real estate companies operating in the Property Development, Facility and Property Management sectors located in the UK, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Henrik joined BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary in 2011 as the Business Development Director and has actively contributed to the growth of the business of the company. From 1st of October 2014 he was entrusted by the management to lead the Hungarian branch of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Anna VINCZE, Property Management Director
Anna has over 18 years of professional experience in Property Management, Technical Facility Management, Property Development, Asset Management, acquisition and marketing. Anna joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2014 and now successfully leading the Property Management department as well as actively involved in the daily operation of the managed properties. Prior to that, she held various manager positions at well-known international Real Estate firms. Anna holds a BA, Economist degree from Károly Róbert Institute.
Tünde PÁSZTOR – Financial Director
Tünde has over 35 years of professional experience in Accounting, General Finance and Real Estate Finance. She has been successfully managing our Financial Department since 1997. Tünde holds a Master degree in Economics from University of Economics Budapest.
Patrick Delcol is responsible for the Transaction, Consulting, Valuation and Property Management business lines as well as the organization’s development across the CEE region. He has actively worked in the real estate sector for 20 years. In the course of his career he held managing posts in renowned international organizations operating on the real estate market, which included advisory firms, developers and construction companies.
Mr Delcol is one of the founders and the President of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres, the Polish partner of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
Cezary Sitkowski holds the position of Finance Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate for the Central and Eastern Europe region. He is additionally responsible for the business support lines: administration, IT, legal issues and compliance with the procedures in effect at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
Cezary Sitkowski has fifteen years of professional experience which he gained while working for international corporations in eight different countries. He began his professional career in the position of a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, he was in charge of finance at DTZ Polska. He specializes in developing and implementing business engineering and restructuring processes. His key competencies include management of multifaceted and sophisticated projects of any size.
Lauric Leclerc is Deputy Chief Executive of BNP Paribas Real Estate since July 2014 and Member of the Management Board and in charge of Property Management & International Advisory. Lauric Leclerc joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2005, being appointed in turn to the positions of Chief Executive and then Chairman of Property Management for Europe.
From 1987 to 1990, Lauric Leclerc worked at Ernst & Young in the Organisational Consultancy department. Next, he performed various roles at Axa Real Estate, including Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Property Management in France, and then became an Asset Manager in the United States. After a period at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, he was President of the Institutional Division at GFF Institutionnels (now Icade Gestion Tertiaire) from 2001 to 2005.
Lauric Leclerc joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2005 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Property Management for Europe. He has been Deputy Chief Executive of BNP Paribas Real Estate in charge of Property Management & International Advisory since July 2014.
Aymeric Le Roux
Aymeric Le Roux joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 1999 as a consultant for South West Île-de-France, and then Paris Central Business District. In 2008, he was named Deputy Director of the Small Surface Team (Opera sector) and in 2010, Deputy Director of the Medium Surfaces Team. He later headed the Paris Central Business District Team. In 2011, he became an associate at BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory France and in 2015 he was named Executive Director of International Advisory & Alliances.
Csongor Csukas began his career in 2002 with BFM Facility Management (a subsidiary of PBW Hungary). He became Managing Director of BFM Facility Management in 2004 and Administrative and Financial Director and Deputy CEO of PBW Hungary in 2008.
Csongor Csukas joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2010 as CEO for Hungary and the Czech Republic. He became Executive Director of International Property Management in 2014.
